Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled counseling sessions with clients via video chat or messaging, facilitating a safe space for emotional exploration.
• Guide clients in discussing their feelings and life experiences, providing empathetic and informed responses.
• Assist clients in establishing and achieving therapeutic goals, tailored to their specific needs and circumstances.
• Identify and strategically address behaviors that may hinder client recovery and wellness.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold a full, independent license to practice, such as:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist
• Licensed Psychoanalyst
• No limited/provisional licenses or disciplinary actions will be accepted.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
