Manager of Regional Sales D/A/CH

Role Overview Lead a team of Channel Account Managers in the DACH region. Execute the Sales Playbook and Go-To-Market strategy across Pax8’s programs, products, events, Academy, and services. Drive regional performance, develop talent, and collaborate cross‑functionally. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a channel account management team. Shape account management excellence, sales discipline, and team culture. Build external reputation through partner meetings, conferences, and trainings. Create a sustainable MSP community in Germany. Drive regional performance, hit revenue targets, and maintain accountability. Qualifications & Experience Minimum qualifications for this role include: Substantial experience within the German MSP, cloud, SaaS, or channel ecosystem. Deep understanding of the German MSP market and business‑to‑partner selling. Native‑level German and excellent English communication skills. Leadership experience as a Team Lead or Manager, with proven success as a top‑performing Channel Account Manager. Excellent coaching skills, with the ability to observe, evaluate, and provide meaningful feedback. Track record of being results‑driven, accountable, and commercially successful. Consistent achievement of revenue targets. Desired cultural fit includes a can‑do, solutions‑focused mindset, resilience in evolving situations, authenticity, mindfulness, and strong storytelling communication skills. UK candidates may also undergo additional criminal and financial checks. All checks are performed by a third‑party provider.
