OVERVIEW: We are a leading provider of full-service staffing and management programs for the K-12 educational market. We are currently seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary representative of ESS within Colquitt County School District .


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct regular, in-person site-visits and meetings with ESS clients within Colquitt County School District .
• Serve as point of contact with each client and ESS management in all matters relating to contract and account operations.
• Manage and motivate staff, including hiring, firing, disciplinary management, and recognition duties.
• Assist with presentations to the school board of education.
• Train, direct, and appraise staff.
• Make daily schedules for proper manpower utilization.
• Develop and implement recruiting efforts for clients, such as job fairs and special hiring events.
• Provide exceptional customer service by providing solutions to issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Other duties as assigned by Regional Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of two years experience in management or a leadership role.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Must interact well with others.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with management reports.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Maintain high ethical standards, integrity, and confidentiality.
