Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct live virtual therapy sessions with adult clients, addressing various psychological concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Utilize standardized assessment tools and evaluation methods to gather client data and monitor progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on evidence-based practices.

• Complete thorough clinical documentation promptly using our streamlined, therapist-friendly electronic health record (EHR) system to improve efficiency and maintain compliance.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary leadership team for ongoing consultation, peer support, and professional development, enhancing the quality of care provided to clients.

• Engage in regular training and utilize continuing education resources to remain knowledgeable about the latest therapeutic techniques and digital tools that can enhance therapeutic relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to provide effective mental health services to adult clients. Our clients often experience a wide range of emotional and psychological struggles, including major life transitions, chronic stress, and mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in a mental health-related field (Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is required).

• Current licensure to practice therapy independently in the state of California; possession of additional state licenses is considered beneficial.
