Company in Lancaster, PA is looking for Electro-Mechanics and Maintenance Mechanics on night shift. Paying $30-45/hr and is a direct hire opportunity with the company. Essential Skills

• Three years of experience in industrial maintenance, including mechanical equipment and electrical troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of PLC and motor controls.
• Basic understanding of electrical and PLC components for troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand and interpret complex written and oral instructions.
• Experience with VFDs and motor controls is highly preferred.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Thorough knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
• Driver's License required, with potential travel between Lancaster and Denver Plant.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Education and training beyond high school level in general maintenance and repair.
• Formal training in related fields can substitute for one year of experience.
• Ability to operate material moving and packaging equipment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Lancaster, PA.

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Lancaster,PA.
