Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will undertake the following responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans.

• Administer a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of patient data.

• Engage in proactive collaboration with other professionals to coordinate care, ensuring holistic treatment approaches for each patient.

• Educate patients and families on mental health issues, empowering them with knowledge about treatment options and available community resources.

• Stay current with ongoing research and advancements in mental health practices, integrating new knowledge into your daily clinical practice.

• Manage a full caseload of clients, consistently working towards treatment goals while adhering to the ethical standards set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on individuals experiencing substance use issues, along with co-occurring mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

Compensation and Benefits\n
