Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct in-depth clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

  Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities, to facilitate healing and growth.

  Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and meet regulatory standards.

  Engage in regular collaborative meetings with a multidisciplinary treatment team to discuss case progress and optimize client care.

  Provide psychoeducation and support to clients and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions and available treatment options.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

  Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet the specific needs of clients.

  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of trust and rapport with clients to strengthen the therapeutic alliance.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and licensing level.
