About the Role

A growing plaintiff-side personal injury and workers' compensation law firm is seeking experienced Workers' Compensation Attorneys to join its legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing a high-volume caseload, and are passionate about advocating for injured clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume workers' compensation caseload from inception through resolution.

• Represent clients in hearings, negotiations, mediations, and other litigation proceedings.

• Utilize modern legal technology, AI tools, and case management software while following established firm procedures.

• Deliver exceptional client service through regular verbal and written case updates.

• Develop case strategies with a client-first approach focused on achieving the best possible outcomes.

• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.

• Mentor and assist support staff and junior team members as needed.

• Prepare cases for trial and actively participate in litigation when required.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

• Active license to practice law in the applicable state.

• Experience handling workers' compensation matters from intake through resolution.

• Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to manage a demanding caseload while maintaining exceptional client service.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Client-focused mindset with a commitment to achieving successful outcomes.

• Comfortable working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Willingness to dedicate the time necessary to effectively prepare and litigate cases.
