About the Position

Job Title: MS/Tele Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night and Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Active Ohio RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, IV certification Must-Have: EPIC experience preferred Description: Start and manage IVs. Administer medications safely. Monitor vitals and patient responses. Educate patients on treatments and self-care. Collaborate with the care team on patient plans. Use electronic medical records for charting. Float to lower acuity units if needed. Follow hospital policies and maintain patient safety. Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills are essential. Travel experience is a plus. Daily responsibilities include caring for adult and geriatric patients with various medical conditions. The unit handles a variety of procedures such as IV management, catheter insertion, and bedside interventions. The staff includes interdisciplinary support services for comprehensive patient care.
