Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by healthcare practitioners, assessing their physical condition to determine and plan effective therapy programs.
• Implement treatment programs tailored to each patient's unique needs, using evidence-based techniques in areas such as orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service by actively listening to patient concerns and addressing them comprehensively.
• Consult and educate patients and caregivers, providing the necessary training to enhance their understanding and adherence to treatment plans.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic methodologies to encourage improvements in patients' conditions while maintaining clear documentation in line with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position is dedicated to serving a diverse patient population, including those recovering from injuries, surgeries, or managing chronic conditions. You will be responsible for crafting individualized therapy regimens that cater to various specialties, and your hands-on approach will significantly contribute to the recovery journeys of both pediatric and adult patients in a home care setting.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited educational institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey, with certification from the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in a similar setting.
• Certification in CPR/First Aid.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in digital documentation and computer applications relevant to healthcare.

Compensation and Benefits
