Work Environment

This position is centered around providing care directly in patients' homes, which adds a critical personal touch to the rehabilitation process. You will have the flexibility of a full-time work schedule, operating Monday through Friday for a total of 40 hours each week. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical capabilities and any limitations that may affect their treatment.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical best practices and patient-specific goals, ensuring consistency with the physician's plan of care.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques and methodologies that cater to a diverse range of conditions, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports injuries.
• Provide education and training for patients and their caregivers, empowering them with knowledge about their conditions and the recovery process.
• Actively demonstrate exceptional customer service, fostering a compassionate environment that enhances patient trust and engagement.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians to maximize patient outcomes through shared insights and evidence-based care strategies.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
