Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Stryker Physical Therapy, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians and devising comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing diverse therapeutic techniques appropriate for a range of specialties, such as orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
• Providing skilled therapeutic interventions to achieve measurable improvements in patients' functional abilities while ensuring compliance with the physician's plan of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• A valid license to practice physical therapy in the State of New Jersey.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building rapport with patients.
• Proficiency in word processing and basic computer skills to ensure accurate documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience
