We're looking for a detail-oriented individual that will help us continue to drive success by assisting our Sales team in providing a stellar experience to each and every one of our customers.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in administrative customer-facing roles

• Additional experience in project management, appointment scheduling, retail, or assistant roles welcomed

• Prior dealership experience ideal but not required

• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist customers who enter the store showroom

• Process customer payments and credit card transactions

• Answer and address all incoming phone calls in a friendly, prompt and professional manner

• Occasionally scan and file documents as needed

• Coordinate vehicle delivery process with salespeople such as contacting customers as needed for license plate pickup and other clerical duties

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of desk and showroom​

Total Rewards

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
