Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct full-scale mental health assessments to identify client needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize diverse evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to deliver effective individual and group therapy sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups to help clients address common mental health challenges and foster a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring an integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support for clients facing mental health emergencies, demonstrating sound judgment and expertise.

• Educate clients on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

• Maintain complete and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• Deep understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience in comprehensive mental health assessments and treatment plan development.

• Strong ethical judgment and adherence to professional boundaries in clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
