Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic strategies based on thorough assessments and evaluations tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address various mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving a diverse clientele, including individuals and families who may struggle with limited access to mental health resources. Clients may present with a range of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience is required.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards related to counseling practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse client population.

Compensation and Benefits\n
