Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Victory Mind Mental Health Solutions, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients, tailoring individualized therapeutic strategies to meet their unique needs.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to groups, families, couples, and individuals, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development through workshops and conferences to remain informed on the latest trends and research in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your counseling practice will encompass a wide range of client populations, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and family dynamics. You will work to establish rapport with a diverse clientele, adapting your approach to meet each client's specific cultural and personal backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.
