Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children and families.

• Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) in collaboration with clients and team members.

• Monitor child development outcomes, ensuring alignment with treatment plans and educational strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop treatment strategies, adapting approaches to meet the unique needs of each child.

• Engage with families to offer guidance, information, and skills to promote their child’s developmental journey.

• Employ a coaching model and natural environment teaching techniques to foster engaging learning experiences.

• Adhere to all federal and state regulations, maintaining compliance within therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Right Path Counseling, you will work primarily with infants and toddlers facing developmental delays or disabilities. Your interventions will focus on fostering essential physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills, ensuring that early learning opportunities effectively facilitate positive outcomes. You will engage closely with families, working hand-in-hand to create nurturing environments that promote their child’s growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate of Social Work (DSW) from an accredited institution.

• Must hold LCSW licensure through the Department of Public Health.

• One year of experience working directly with children in early intervention settings is mandatory.

The position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, based on experience.
