Executive Chef - DSL

That’s the Danbury DifferenceWe are currently seeking applicants for an Executive Chef position.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:The executive chef will plan, organize, develop, inspire and direct the overall operation of Dining Services to assure that delicious quality nutritional services are provided.It is the responsibility of this director to ensure that the department is maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner.Determine how food should be presented and create decorative food displays. Standardize methods in which work will be accomplished.Assist in planning regular and special diet menus as prescribed by the attending physician.
