Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' unique needs, challenges, and goals, leading to the formulation of personalized treatment plans that cater specifically to their circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other modalities to provide effective individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.

• Facilitate supportive psychoeducational groups and workshops that address common mental health issues, foster relief, and create a sense of belonging among participants.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals throughout the patient's treatment journey to ensure a well-rounded and cohesive approach to their mental health care.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention services and provide emotional support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies within the community.
\n
• Educate clients on the nature of their mental health challenges, available treatment options, and pertinent community resources to aid in their recovery.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, allowing for clear communication among care providers.

• Participate actively in routine case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities designed to enhance therapeutic techniques and interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in the mental health field to continually improve service delivery and patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients represent a diverse demographic, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds dealing with a wide range of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. As a therapist, you will be instrumental in guiding each client through their therapeutic journey, helping them harness their strengths and navigate their challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in conducting mental health assessments and developing effective treatment plans tailored to diverse populations.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and therapeutic skills that promote a safe and trusting environment for clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience.

• Prior experience working in an outpatient setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
