Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as an LMFT will involve engaging with clients through various therapeutic modalities. You will facilitate sessions with couples and families, while also conducting individual therapy sessions when necessary. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions for issues such as alcoholism, psychological abuse, grief, and family conflicts.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records and documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LMFTs work with a diverse client base, addressing a wide array of challenges affecting families. This includes therapy for:

• Individuals coping with grief, loss, or significant life transitions, such as separation and divorce.
\n
• Families with conflicts, including sibling rivalries and parent-child communication difficulties.

• Clients experiencing job-related stress and other medical issues impacting mental health.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must hold the following qualifications:

• A valid and active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline.
\n
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices and techniques.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Restoring Hope Counseling LLC, we offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually. In addition to a generous income, we provide an extensive benefits package that includes:
