- Manage Accounts Recievable (AR)and Accounts Payable (A/P).
- Order ad process purchase orders effienciently.
- HR Support: Handle and coordinate employee health insurance benefits and documentation. Process employee applications and files.
- Answer incoming phone calls with a warm professional demeanor.
- Manage daily clerical tasks and written/verbal correspondence with customers.
- Data management: Exceute precise and efficient data entry tasks.
- A high level or professsionalism is a must paired with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
- Hard working, depenedable, and able to work independently in a small office dynamic
- Stron ability to multi-task and intelligently prioritize responsibilities.
- Absolute and strict adherence to confidentiality regarding company financials, customer accounts, and emplyee HR information.
- Technical Skills: Strong, accurate data entry skills. Prficiency with standard office software. QuickBooks experience a plus.
