Job Description Job Description Manage Accounts Recievable (AR)and Accounts Payable (A/P). Order ad process purchase orders effienciently. HR Support: Handle and coordinate employee health insurance benefits and documentation. Process employee applications and files. Answer incoming phone calls with a warm professional demeanor. Manage daily clerical tasks and written/verbal correspondence with customers. Data management: Exceute precise and efficient data entry tasks. A high level or professsionalism is a must paired with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude. Hard working, depenedable, and able to work independently in a small office dynamic Stron ability to multi-task and intelligently prioritize responsibilities. Absolute and strict adherence to confidentiality regarding company financials, customer accounts, and emplyee HR information. Technical Skills: Strong, accurate data entry skills. Prficiency with standard office software. QuickBooks experience a plus.
$35 - $40 per hour
