Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system while adhering to cash handling procedures. Supervise and train new sales staff as needed, fostering a collaborative team environment. Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and stock levels. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. Qualifications: Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
