About The Role The Business Development Representative role acts as the primary engine for pipeline growth, identifying high-potential accounts and initiating targeted outreach to technical decision-makers. The role involves executing high-volume outbound campaigns and qualifying inbound interest within a fast-paced software-as-a-service environment, laying the foundational groundwork for enterprise sales success. Key Responsibilities Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Qualify inbound leads against established ideal customer profile criteria to determine product fit Book qualified discovery meetings for account executives and maintain a predictable pipeline Utilize Salesforce CRM and outreach tools like Outreach or SalesLoft to log activities and track prospect engagement Conduct thorough account research to tailor messaging around specific enterprise technical challenges Collaborate regularly with marketing and sales leadership to refine cold-outreach templates and objection-handling scripts What We Are Looking For 0-2 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or high-volume customer-facing roles Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly Demonstrated resilience, adaptability, and motivation to thrive in a metric-driven quota environment Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field Bonus: Familiarity with SaaS business models, prior experience using Salesforce, or completion of a recognized sales training program #J-18808-Ljbffr
