Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status to understand their unique challenges and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve connecting with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults seeking support for various mental health issues. Many clients may present with complex backgrounds and unique needs, such as trauma histories, family dynamics, or co-occurring disorders. As a counselor, your ability to cultivate trust and rapport with clients from various walks of life will be essential in fostering their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, accompanied by an active LPC license in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of five years of clinical experience in a counseling setting, including direct work with clients and the ability to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to USD 90,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
