Program Coordinator, Home Base & Welcome Home

Children At Heart Ministries, Inc.
Principle Function: Supports the Home Base Program and Welcome Home Drop-In Center by coordinating the daily operations of the Drop-In Center, supporting services between both programs, maintaining program reports, assisting with community outreach, and ensuring the center remains safe, organized, welcoming, and prepared to serve clients. Flexible schedule with at least one late evening a week to support clients.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, nonprofit management, business administration, education, or a related field required. Three years’ experience in human services required. Master’s degree preferred. Two or more years of management experience in nonprofit services, youth services, community programs, social services, or a related field preferred. Experience coordinating program operations, staff workflows, schedules, documentation, and client services.
Status: Full-time with benefits.
