Who we are: We are technologists We are customer engagement enthusiasts We are listeners and researchers We are doers, thinkers and problem solvers We are collaborative and cooperative We are accountable to one another – and for one another What we look for: People who are smart, honest and genuine People who take pride in their work People willing to do what it takes and think outside the box People who are life‑long learners and help others learn along the way People who laugh and don’t take themselves too seriously People who do right by others People who appreciate the abilities and differences of others People who want to participate in building a positive work culture What we offer: Collaborative environment without politics, micro‑management or burdensome tools and processes Remote or hybrid options, flexible work environment with social events Empowerment to make your mark Growth defined by experiences, not tenure or rank Invest in Your Nest benefit to upgrade home office Wellness benefit for gym membership or home exercise equipment Learning allowance for classes, training or personal pursuit Discretionary Unlimited PTO, 11 paid holidays, birthday off and summer hours Monthly cell phone / internet allowance Excellent medical, vision and dental benefits plus 401K with company match Education, certifications and training Casual dress Responsibilities: Foster and nurture relationships within the Microsoft channel and broader ecosystem for leads and collaborate on pursuits Sell consulting services for D365 Sales, Service and Marketing/CIJ as well as Power Platform solutions to new clients in the US with a focus on SME & C (small, mid‑size and corporate clients) Take ownership to grow assigned territory and achieve revenue targets by utilizing multiple channels, including business development, lead generation/prospecting, responding to inbound inquiries, networking with Microsoft sellers and cold outreach campaigns Lead the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification, qualification, discovery, proposals, contract negotiations through deal closure to ensure successful client delivery Deal shaping with the assistance of technical and functional experts as needed Build nurturing relationships with C‑suite contacts and conduct sales presentations to all levels within a client organization Develop a sales plan for targeting and achieving new business revenue Help refine our sales processes and mentor new sellers as they onboard Attend Microsoft conferences, trade shows, and other events to better understand the digital market and “what’s coming” Track sales progress and opportunities in D365 Travel up to 30% nationally Requirements: Must have channel sales experience working with Microsoft sellers and navigating the Microsoft ecosystem, ideally also bring an established network within Microsoft 3+ years of experience selling technology consulting services and complex solutions Successful deal closes ranging from $50K - $500K+ Proven success landing new logos, prospecting, account planning and achieving revenue targets Success as a Trusted Advisor by nurturing client relationships Experience working on proposals, SOWS and oral presentations Strong communication, presentation and networking skills Teamwork mentality to collaborate with internal Consulting & Development teams in the pre‑sales process and driving future work in existing clients *Must be based in the US, relocation is not required for this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr Medium
