Key Responsibilities\n

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions, addressing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges for individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic techniques, and solution-focused brief therapy based on each client's specific needs.

• Engage in collaborative case management with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing our electronic medical record (EMR) systems for efficient record-keeping.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience.
