Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings for a diverse patient population, ensuring personalized care tailored to individual needs.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions, emphasizing preventive care and health promotion practices to enhance patient outcomes.
• Collaborate actively with community organizations and stakeholders to design and implement effective health education programs that resonate with local needs.

Compensation and Benefits
