IT Coordinator

IT CoordinatorThe IT Coordinator is responsible for support of all Fishers Event Center technology functions on an event and day-to-day basis. This person will be responsible for identification, training, and support for all systems and applications needs of the Fisher Event Center's team members, and will serve as a liaison with Legends Global Corporate Technology Departments.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support Provide onsite technical support for employees, event staff, vendors, and contractorsTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, mobile device, telecommunications, and connectivity issuesRespond to IT requests and escalate issues when appropriateSupport Microsoft Windows workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and equipmentAssist users with password resets, account access, software troubleshooting and general technology supportEvent Technology Support Provide dedicated IT support during concerts, sporting events, and other arena eventsAssist with setup, testing, operation, and troubleshooting of event-related technology systemsSupport ticketing, point-of-sale, wireless connectivity, digital signage, and operational technology as assignedRespond to event-day technology issues quickly and professionally to minimize operational disruptionsNetwork & Telecommunications Support Assist with basic network, Wi-Fi, and telecommunications support under the direction of IT leadershipSupport network connectivity, switch port activation, cabling, and device deploymentTroubleshoot wireless, LAN, and internet connectivity issuesAssist with installation and maintenance of network and telecommunications equipmentAsset & Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records for technology equipment and accessoriesAssist with deployment, collection, tracking, and replacement of IT equipmentOrganize and maintain technology storage areas and inventory recordsSupport lifecycle management of computers, mobile devices, and event technology equipmentVendor & Operational Support Assist with coordination of third-party vendors supporting technology systems and eventsSupport implementation of technology-related projects and operational initiativesMaintain documentation, procedures, and technical recordsAssist with equipment moves, installations, and facility technology projectsTeamwork & Professionalism Deliver excellent customer service to all usersMaintain a positive and professional working relationship with coworkers, vendors, and customersContributes to a safe, organized, and productive work environmentPerform other duties and special projects as assignedQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
