Shift: Typically outpatient, flexible scheduling

License/Certs: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otology/Neurotology

Experience: Prior otology experience preferred, but not required; open to recent graduates with strong interest

Pay & Benefits:

Pay Range: $458,000 $508,000 annually

Additional Compensation: Potential quality or productivity bonuses

What You'll Do:

Provide specialized otology and neurotology care within a collaborative team

Manage cochlear implant and bone-anchored hearing aid (BAHA) patients

Conduct outpatient evaluations and assist in surgical procedures

Collaborate with subspecialists in head & neck oncology, sleep medicine, laryngology, and general ENT

Support a high-volume practice and participate in on-call coverage

Utilize advanced surgical technology within a modern Ambulatory Surgery Center

Contribute to expanding regional cochlear implant and hearing aid programs

Engage with a large regional referral network

What You Need:

Valid Colorado medical license or eligible for licensure

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otology/Neurotology

Prior otology experience preferred but not mandatory

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to excellent patient care
