Junior Accountant

Natural Wireless, a fast-growing Internet service provider, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to grow their career in a dynamic and expanding company. Junior Accountant Duties Prepare and issue customer invoices and maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records; Process Accounts Payable invoices and prepare check runs and electronic payments; Prepare weekly Accounts Receivable aging reports and monitor collection activities; Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with monthly and quarterly financial close processes; Monitor and manage the Finance Department email inbox and respond to internal and external inquiries; Work under the supervision of the Director of Finance; Assist with revenue contract administration and customer account setup; Assist with year-end corporate tax preparation; Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement. Junior Accountant Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience (internships considered). Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
