Staff Accountant

A growing engineering company in Charleston is seeking a hard working candidate to join their team as a Staff Accountant . The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in Bookkeeping or accounting, be a strong communicator, and have strong accounting software experience. Responsibilities :Process vendor invoices, expense reimbursements and recurring monthly payment sReconciliation of employee credit cards and purchasing card sPrepare and process invoices for services rendered & manage collection sHandle customer relationships & reconcile customer account sProcessing of journal entries & allocation sReconciliation of bank account sAssist with preparation of financial statements and related working paper sResearch and data analysi sCommunication with internal and external partie Qualification :College degree in Business Administration or Accounting preferre d3 – 5 years of experience in Bookkeeping/accountin gExcellent technology skills (spreadsheets, accounting software systems )Good interpersonal and communication skill sAttention to detail and good organization skill sAbility to multi-task and handle a large volume of transaction #J-18808-Ljbffr
