Role Description The Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Consultant is a part-time remote role focused on advising BlueSuite customers on best practices for HVAC system design, implementation, and optimization. On a day-to-day basis, the consultant will review customer project requirements, provide recommendations for efficient HVAC design solutions, and help users understand how BlueSuite’s tools can support their workflows. The role includes answering technical and service-related inquiries, participating in virtual consultations or demonstrations, and offering guidance on system performance, service scheduling, quoting, and sales opportunities. The consultant will also support training sessions for customer teams, create or refine HVAC-related documentation, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve product features relevant to HVAC businesses.
Qualifications
Role Description The Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Consultant is a part-time remote role focused on advising BlueSuite customers on best practices for HVAC system design, implementation, and optimization. Qualifications
- HVAC design and general HVAC knowledge, including familiarity with system components, efficiency standards, and common installation or maintenance practices.
- Customer service and training skills to support users through clear communication, troubleshooting, and education on best practices.
- Sales experience related to HVAC services or solutions, including the ability to identify upsell opportunities and advise on quoting strategies.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, manage part-time hours, and handle multiple customer requests with strong organizational skills.
- Experience using business management or field-service software platforms is beneficial.
- Relevant technical certification or vocational training in HVAC, mechanical systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort with video conferencing and online collaboration tools.
