The company is headquartered on a 10-acre campus in northern New Jersey.We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical Staff Accountant/ Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team.ResponsibilitiesManage accounts payable using various accounting softwareHandle accounts payable for multiple entities and vendorsAnalyze workflow processesEstablish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendorsProcess invoices due for paymentPerform other duties including account maintenance, record entries, and reconciliation.
