Technical Solutions Manager

As a full-time Technical Solutions Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical ERP and API integrations, from sales pitches to launch, while working remotely and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Key responsibilities Plan and manage technical onboarding of new clients, ensuring successful go-live Conduct product demos tailored to client needs and document feedback for product improvement Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, compliance, and engineering teams to manage project timelines and risks Required qualifications Experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical project management, preferably in fintech or payments Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools Familiarity with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Business Central or Sage Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Bachelor's degree required
