Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify patient and family needs while performing intensive counseling, psychotherapy, and case management services.

• Completing thorough mental status examinations and monitoring changes in clients' psychological conditions to adjust care strategies effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients in the hospice setting, focusing on individuals and families dealing with terminal diagnoses and end-of-life issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have:

Compensation and Benefits\n
