Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths, needs, and challenges.

• Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling tailored to individuals, families, and groups dealing with the complexities of grief and terminal illness.

• Collaborate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers to create and implement integrated care plans that enhance clients’ overall well-being.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
