Key Responsibilities\n

As our Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive mental health services, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all patient records are current and accessible for interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Engaging in regular case consultations with a multi-disciplinary team, comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers to enhance care strategies.

• Providing education and advocacy to patients and their families on mental health resources and coping strategies, actively supporting their journey to wellness.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of USD 80,000–100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
