Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and group counseling services, ensuring consistent availability for direct service sessions throughout the week.

• Perform thorough Bio-psychosocial assessments to inform the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate initial treatment plan discussions and review progress regularly with each patient to adjust their plans as necessary.

• Create detailed aftercare and discharge plans, equipping patients with essential tools and resources for continued recovery.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress in accordance with organizational policies.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all patients.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor to adapt to the evolving needs of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily supports individuals with co-occurring disorders, including substance use disorders and mental health conditions. You will work with a diverse population comprising adults, children, and families, each facing unique challenges. Understanding cultural sensitivities and employing evidence-based approaches to therapy will be paramount in delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A valid state license as an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting with a focus on mental health counseling.
\n
• Training and experience in marriage and family therapy is required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with patients from all backgrounds.

• A strong ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
