Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to the needs of individuals and families.

• Providing both individual and couples therapy, focusing on effective communication and conflict resolution strategies within families.

• Tackling complex issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and adjusting to separation or divorce.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate healing and personal growth among clients, including innovative therapy methods and digital health technology.

• Collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals to unify treatment approaches for improved patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse clientele, including adults and children/adolescents facing a wide variety of challenges such as:

• Emotional and behavioral issues in family dynamics.
\n
• Grief and loss.
\n
• Parenting challenges, including blended family adjustments.
\n
• Interpersonal conflicts, including those between parents and children or among siblings.

During therapy sessions, both virtual and in-person options will be available, catering to the preferences and needs of each client.\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
