Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health conditions through video or phone consultations, crafting tailored treatment plans based on these insights.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adjusted to fit each client's unique circumstances.

• Set therapeutic goals in close partnership with clients and diligently track their progress throughout the treatment journey, ensuring a focus on client-centered outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy options, facilitating greater access to mental health support for clients who face barriers to in-person therapy, including geographic, physical, or mobility challenges.

• Maintain clear and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, reflecting our commitment to professionalism and quality care.

• Participate in regular supervision and peer consultation meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and enhance clinical skills regularly.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid license in California as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's level or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
