Work Environment\n

The structured work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some potential for flexibility based on patient scheduling needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care for all patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, adeptly managing challenging situations to ensure patient safety.

• Educate patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment avenues, and the variety of community resources available to provide additional support.

• Ensure thorough and confidential documentation compliance in line with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems for accurate patient tracking.

• Actively engage in team discussions, sharing insights and participating in training sessions that enhance cultural competency and therapeutic methodologies.

• Regularly update your knowledge of current research and best practices in mental health therapy, adopting innovative approaches to care.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• Demonstrated expertise in understanding mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment practices, with a strong emphasis on cultural competence.

• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy utilizing culturally responsive approaches that cater to the needs of diverse populations.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with an ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating meaningful connections and rapport with a diverse client base.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems, alongside a commitment to maintaining ethical guidelines and confidentiality in all interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
