About the Opportunity

\n

We are seeking experienced Revenue Operations & CRM Systems Specialists to support a complex SaaS systems alignment project focused on operational consistency, data accuracy, and cross-system integrity.

\n

You’ll apply hands-on expertise in CRM systems, revenue tools, operational policies, and data management to help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required — your domain expertise is what matters.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Analyze CRM, billing, and ticketing systems to identify operational and policy misalignment.
\n
• Identify policy conflicts, outdated automations, duplicate records, permission issues, and undocumented processes .
\n
• Develop clear operational recommendations for complex or ambiguous SaaS scenarios.
\n
• Evaluate and improve data accuracy and consistency across interconnected systems.
\n
• Document reasoning, including change rationale, tradeoffs, and decisions to leave existing processes unchanged .
\n
• Assess cascading changes across multiple systems and maintain overall operational integrity .
\n
• Create detailed documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders .
\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in revenue operations, sales operations, customer success operations, or SaaS implementation.
\n
• Direct experience configuring and owning CRM systems , including fields, workflows, validation rules, and permissions.
\n
• Experience with at least two additional SaaS revenue tools , such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, project tracking, or automation platforms.
\n
• Strong understanding of SaaS operations, data accuracy, reporting, and system dependencies .
\n
• Ability to evaluate policy conflicts, exceptions, and cascading system changes .
\n
• Strong operational judgment and ability to document nuanced reasoning and tradeoffs .
\n
• Professional English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication .
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n

\n
• Experience in fintech, healthtech, insurtech, or complex multi-product SaaS environments .
\n
• Experience managing interconnected systems where changes can create cascading operational impacts .
\n
• Experience documenting grey areas, exceptions, renewals, and entitlement changes .
\n
• Strong ability to balance data integrity, operational stability, and business requirements .
\n
