Analytical Chemist I
Eurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina
Eurofins seeks an Analytical Chemist I in Lancaster, PA to perform pharmaceutical testing using chromatographic and analytical instruments in a cGMP environment. The role involves method development, validation, documentation, and client site support.
Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing using chromatographic systems, HPLC, Karl Fischer, UV/Spec, and related instruments
- Execute method transfers, feasibility studies, and validation plans
- Troubleshoot instrumentation and methodology problems
- Document work and produce reports to ensure GMP compliance
- Train technical staff and travel to client sites for technical meetings as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, or related field
- 2+ years pharmaceutical experience in cGMP environment
- HPLC and validation experience
- Unrestricted authorization to work in United States indefinitely
- Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication with attention to detail
