Employee Relations Manager

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks an Employee Relations Manager to lead investigations into workplace policy and conduct violations. The role requires conducting impartial inquiries, documenting findings, and collaborating with HR and legal teams to ensure fair and timely resolution aligned with company values.
Responsibilities
- Investigate internal complaints objectively, including coordination, interviews, and detailed record-keeping
- Prepare comprehensive investigation reports with findings, evidence summaries, and recommendations
- Lead initiatives to strengthen culture and ethical business practice programs
- Partner with ER colleagues, employment law, and HR teams on resolution strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of Employee Relations or HR experience
- Experience conducting and managing HR investigations
- Knowledge of investigative practices, risk management, and employment law
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in independent work and group collaboration
