Warehouse and Logistics Process Improvement Co-Op

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Warehouse Data Analytics Co-Op in Gurabo, Puerto Rico for a full-time, year-long internship (January–December 2027). The role supports process improvement and Lean initiatives within the Packaging organization, involving data analysis, project tracking, and operational excellence activities.
Responsibilities
- Support continuous improvement projects using Lean methodologies and Value Stream Mapping
- Help prioritize, track, and execute improvement projects and action plans
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and visual management tools
- Track project metrics and prepare progress updates for leadership
- Participate in Kaizen events and support training and operational excellence programs
Requirements
- Completion of undergraduate freshman year at accredited university
- Currently pursuing bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management
- Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Permanent U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship required
- Data analysis skills, preferably Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Basic Lean or continuous improvement knowledge
