Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personal caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships while adhering strictly to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, and the timing of possible discharge from therapy as appropriate.

• Collaboratively develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and goals.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, including progress notes and treatment plans, to ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine initial client needs and establish a foundation for care.
\n
• Participate actively in individual supervision, contributing to professional growth and best practice sharing.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with other healthcare providers to ensure the highest quality of integrated care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on an outpatient population, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a range of mental health challenges. As an LPC at the Bridge To Recovery Institute, you will directly influence patient outcomes by providing individualized therapy that empowers clients and improves their overall mental and emotional health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• An unrestricted, independent, and currently active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification is mandatory.

• At least one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting is essential.

• Proficiency with technology, including familiarity with excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
