Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions to assess functional limitations and disabilities, crafting appropriate, individualized treatment plans.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare providers, ensuring continuity of care through effective consultation on patients' progress and rehabilitation strategies.
• Implement treatment modalities based on the specific needs of patients, continually re-evaluating treatment effectiveness and making necessary adjustments.
• Document all patient interactions, evaluations, treatment plans, and discharge summaries while adhering to relevant regulations and standards for professional documentation.
• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize patient care approaches.
• Lead outreach initiatives and participate in community activities, promoting the importance of physical therapy and rehabilitation services.
• Supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants and students, ensuring high standards of care and clinical competence are maintained.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry best practices through continuous education and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, the Orthopedic Physical Therapist will primarily work with adult patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
