Key Responsibilities

As an Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations for patients recovering from injury, surgery, or other medical conditions in the outpatient setting.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans utilizing techniques such as therapeutic exercises, stretching, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment.
• Continuously monitoring patient progress, documenting treatment results, and modifying plans as necessary to ensure therapeutic goals are achieved.
• Educating patients and their families about physical therapy processes, expected outcomes, and proper use of assistive devices, fostering a collaborative rehabilitation experience.
• Staying current with industry practices by attending workshops and reviewing literature, thereby contributing to our culture of continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position focuses primarily on outpatient rehabilitation, serving adults and children with orthopedic conditions. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
